MUSCOGEE (CREEK) NATION
DISTRICT COURT
Located in the Mound Building on the Capitol Complex, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court is one of the most managerially and technologically advanced tribal court systems in the United States. The District Court is a fully functional court system that continues to diversify itself in an increasingly complex socioeconomic world. The Court possesses a knowledgeable and well-trained staff that ensures due process in all court proceedings and a high level of services to the Creek citizenry.
Throughout the year, the Court adjudicates a large number of cases including Criminal Misdemeanor, Criminal Felony, Traffic, Divorce, Adoption, Civil, Juvenile, and Guardianships.
