Welcome to the home page of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Health
System (MNHS).
The Muscogee Nation is situated in a 10-county region south of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Health
System has entered into a contract with the
Indian Health Service to provide comprehensive
health services to eligible Native Americans and Alaskan Natives living within the established boundaries of the Muscogee Nation
through the following facilities, programs and services:
Creek Nation Community Hospital
Eufaula
Indian Health Center
Koweta Indian Health
Facility
Okmulgee
Indian Health Center
Sapulpa
Indian Health Center
Behavioral Health Services
Vocational Rehabilitation Program
Elderly Nutrition Program
Women, Infant’s and Children (WIC) Program
Community Health Representative Program
Contract Health Service Program
Diabetes Program
Tobacco Prevention Program
Caregiver Program
Reintegration Program
Administrative services such as
Human Resources, Financial Services,
Property and Supply, and
Information Technology Services are available for all
Health System programs and are managed by the Office
of the CEO from Lackey Hall in Okmulgee.
