Walking Program

The Walking Program is for any American Indian 12 years and older living within the Muscogee (Creek) Nation jurisdiction.  Children under 18 must have an adult participate with them.  Non Indian spouses or parents of an American Indian Walking Program participant are eligible. 

 

Please send:

Proof of Indian Blood

CDIB card or Tribal Enrollment #

Non-Indian participants need to send their Spouse or child’s enrollment information.
