The Sapulpa Indian Health Center provides the following services to
patients seeking treatment at the facility: General Clinic Smoking Cessation Diabetes Clinic &
Program Public Health Women's Clinic X-ray Open Access Clinic Laboratory Dental Clinic Women, Infants, &
Children Optometry Contract Health Pharmacy Refill
**Some services may require referrals or special
arrangements. The staff of
40 includes 2
Physicians, 2 Physician's Assistant, a Dentist, 2 Pharmacists, 2 Optometrists and a full
compliment of support staff.
