You will receive a blood pressure kit for home
use, and learn what causes high blood pressure.

this class will help you bring them into control ranges.

It includes exploring healthy food choices,
portion control, and foods less likely to raise your blood sugar.
Exercise in Type 2 Diabetes
This class provides information on starting and
maintaining safe effective exercise to lower your blood sugar and reduce
your weight.
