What are the eligibility requirements for Food Distribution Benefits?
- CDIB/Citizenship Card
- Social Security Cards for all household members
- Current Utility Bill with name and address
- Income for the past thirty days.
The Food Distribution Program provides home delivery services to the elderly and disabled participants. If you feel you could benefit from this service, please contact our office.
It is a USDA regulation that residents of cities with a population of 10,000 or more are not eligible for Food Distribution benefits. These cities include: Broken Arrow, Muskogee, Sand Springs, and Tulsa. Effective October 1st, 2013 the Income Guidelines will be increased.

Where can I go for more information?Applications may be obtained at either the Okmulgee or Wetumka Food Distribution Center by calling and requesting an application or on the MCN website.. You may also apply at any of the Food Distribution Tailgate Sites listed below.
What foods are available through FDPIR?Each month, participating households receive a food package to help them maintain a nutritionally balanced diet. Participants may select from over 70 products including:
Meats: Frozen ground beef, beef roast, turkey ham and chicken, canned meats, poultry and fish.
Fruits: Canned fruits, plums, raisins, fresh fruit, dried nut mix
Pasta: Macaroni and cheese, whole grain pasta, elbow macaroni, spaghetti, egg noodles
Dairy: Cheese, egg mix; and lowfat ultra high temperature milk, nonfat dry milk and evaporated milk, butter
Grains: Flour, cornmeal, bakery mix, reduced sodium-crackers, cereal, farina, oatmeal, rice
Vegetables: Canned vegetables and soups, low-fat refried beans, dried beans, dehydrated potatoes
Juices: 64 fl. oz. of apple, cranberry apple, grape, grapefruit, orange, tomato
Nuts: Peanuts and peanut butter
Oil: Vegetable Oil
Participants can choose fresh produce instead of canned fruits and vegetables.
